The Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Program offers rental housing options at specific housing locations. Assistance is attached to particular rental units, meaning if you live in a rental unit under the PBV Program and move, the assistance stays with the unit.  The properties below have waiting lists open to the public and applicants currently on the Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) wait list.  Please do not contact the buildings. They will not be able to give you information on obtaining assistance through the program.

DEVELOPERS INTERESTED IN PROJECT-BASED VOUCHERS

The LACDA issues a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) whereby it announces its vouchers that are available for project-basing.  Developers interested in applying for funding under a NOFA may visit the LACDA's Multifamily Rental Housing page.  Developers interested in the LACDA's NOFA guidelines pertaining to Fair Housing, affirmative marketing, tenant selection, and accessibility for PBV Program buildings can click here.
