The Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) aims to provide meaningful access for its programs and activities to persons who prefer Languages Other than English (LOTE).  The agency undertakes reasonable efforts to provide or arrange for free language assistance for LOTE applicants, participants, vendors, contractors, subrecipients, and agents of all public facing programs that it administers.

In accordance with Federal, State and local law, specifically Executive Order 13166, HUD Limited English Proficiency (LEP) Guidance and Sections 7290 et seq. of the California Government Codes (“Dymally-Alatore Act”), the LACDA will provide meaningful access to its programs and activities for persons with LEP/LOTE needs.
