NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) will hold a public hearing on October 31, 2024, as required and authorized by Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, with respect to a proposed plan of financing providing for the issuance of one or more series of multifamily housing revenue bonds or notes from time to time, including bonds or notes issued to refund such revenue bonds or notes from time to time, and at no time to exceed $7,609,603 in outstanding aggregate principal amount, which will be deemed to refinance a portion of the cost to Ramona Metro Point, L.P. (or an affiliate, assign or designee) (the “Borrower”) for the acquisition, development and construction of Ramona Metro Point, a 51-unit development to be located at 11016 Ramona Boulevard (also known as 3436 & 3454 Tyler Avenue), El Monte, California 91731 (District 1), in the incorporated City of El Monte, in the County of Los Angeles, California.

The hearing will be conducted pursuant to the provisions of California Assembly Bill 361 (AB 361) as set forth under California Government Code Section 54953, which suspends certain requirements of the Ralph M. Brown Act. The hearing will be conducted by teleconference only, as authorized by the Internal Revenue Service under Revenue Procedure 2021-39 and AB 361.
