NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) will hold a public hearing on January 10, 2025, as required and authorized by Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, with respect to a proposed plan of financing providing for the issuance of one or more series of multifamily housing mortgage revenue bonds or notes from time to time, and at no time to exceed $37,500,000 in outstanding principal amount, including bonds or notes issued to refund such revenue bonds or notes from time to time, for the purpose of providing financing to Toyon Gardens, L.P., a California limited partnership (or an affiliate, assign or designee) (the “Borrower”), for the acquisition, development and construction of Toyon Gardens, a 78-unit multifamily rental housing development to be located at 3127 West 147th Street, Gardena, California 90249 (District 2), in unincorporated Los Angeles County, California.

The hearing will be conducted pursuant to the provisions of California Assembly Bill 361 (AB 361) as set forth under California Government Code Section 54953, which suspends certain requirements of the Ralph M. Brown Act. The hearing will be conducted by teleconference only, as authorized by the Internal Revenue Service under Revenue Procedure 2021-39 and AB 361.
