The public is invited to review the following proposed off-cycle projects of the County to be included in the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Action Plan, which identifies projected use of funds for July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026 for submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Program Name: AVPH Program Access & Storage Support Space
Project Number: 602812-25
CDBG Allocation: $200,000

Description: This new project provides for the demolition of inadequate exterior elements and construction of a secure storage area that will be used exclusively to support CDBG-funded programs. Additional work includes installation of roll-up and access doors, lift machine, upgraded lighting and electrical systems, and minor safety improvements to meet code requirements.  This activity meets the HUD National Objective as a project serving Low- and Moderate-Income Clientele under HUD Code 03Z.
