The public is invited to review the following proposed off-cycle project of the County to be included in the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Action Plan, which identifies projected use of funds for July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026 for submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Description:  This new project provides funding for an Access Center to set up an entry point for persons experiencing homelessness and seeking help, with activities taking place at 404 Lincoln Blvd., Venice, CA  90291.  This activity meets the HUD National Objective as a project serving Low- and Moderate-Income Clientele under HUD Code 3T.
