The public is invited to review the following proposed off-cycle project of the County to be included in the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Action Plan, which identifies projected use of funds for July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026 for submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Description: These new projects provide funding for legal services to small businesses that are located in the low-and moderate-income incorporated areas of the 2^nd District.  This is considered a special economic development activity.  This activity meets the HUD National Objective as a project serving Low- and Moderate-Areas under HUD Code 18B.
