The public is invited to review the following proposed off-cycle project of the County to be included in the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Action Plan, which identifies projected use of funds for July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026 for submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Description: This new project provides children and youth with recreational and tutoring programs in a safe and controlled environment at Carolyn Rosas Park (18850 E. Fajardo St., Rowland Heights, CA) through the Walnut Regional Station Youth Activities League. This activity meets the HUD National Objective as a project serving a Low- and Moderate-Clientele under HUD Code 05Z.
