Draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report

 

The Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) will submit its Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development by September 28, 2026.  The Report summarizes activities implemented during the 2025-2026 Fiscal Year using the Los Angeles County’s Community Development Block Grant, Emergency Solutions Grant, HOME Investment Partnerships Program, and other federal funds.  All residents of the Los Angeles County are invited to examine the contents of the Draft CAPER from Wednesday, September 9, 2026, through close of business on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, on the LACDA website at www.lacda.org and at the LACDA reception desk located at:
